2.36 write the word equation for anaerobic respiration in plants and in animals

Glucose > Lactic acid + Energy

C6H12O6 > 2C3H6O3 + energy

Glucose > ethanol + carbon dioxide + energy

C6H12O6 > 2C2H5OH + 2CO2

    1. 2C2H5OH Is correct because it has an O-H group the hydrogen here is bonded to the oxygen not a carbon and therefore it is separate from the rest of the Hs in the equation
